RETURN, EXCHANGE & PRODUCT POLICY
At The Beyond Perfect Store, every hamper is thoughtfully curated and often personalized to create a memorable gifting experience. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Product Variations
Many products included in our hampers are sourced from trusted brands and artisans. Depending on availability, certain items may vary in:
• Fragrance
• Flavour
• Colour
• Packaging design
• Product variant
Any substitutions made will always be of equal or higher value and will maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the hamper.
No Returns
As most of our products are curated, made-to-order, personalized, or intended for gifting, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases where:
• The product is received damaged during transit.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• An uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs and the unboxing video must be shared with our team.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review or exchange.
Personalized Products
Personalized and customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production or personalization has not begun.
Once customization, sourcing, or packaging has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Delivery & Shipping
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
The Beyond Perfect Store shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk, wedding, and corporate gifting orders may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
